We are redefining the fast-casual restaurant by integrating design, technology & artwork from local artists into our location and serving chef-inspired food to our customers.

Restaurant Refund Policy:

Order Accuracy: If the customer receives an incorrect item or a missing item, the restaurant will: Replace the incorrect item with the correct one. Provide the missing item. Offer a refund for the incorrect or missing item. Food Quality: If the food is determined to be of unacceptable quality (e.g., undercooked, spoiled, or contains foreign objects), the restaurant will: Replace the item with a new one. Offer a full refund for the item. Refund Process: To receive a refund, customers must: Present a valid receipt. Report the issue promptly. Return the uneaten portion of the food, if possible. Refunds will typically be issued in the same form as the original payment. Customer Satisfaction: The restaurant aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Managers have the discretion to handle unique situations on a case-by-case basis. It is important to note that refunds are not typically given for personal preference of a food item. Online/Delivery Orders: For orders placed through third party delivery apps, refunds will be handled through the app's refund policy.
